This blog was created to not only document my daily running workouts, but also to motivate me to continue to run. In my high school years, I participated in cross-country and track and I loved running. Once I began college that love soon fizzled to a much smaller enjoyment. A knee injury then limited my running ability for about a year and a half, but that injury has thankfully come and gone. I'm hoping this will become a daily routine for me!
